Jane Carter Solutions Curl Defining Cream on 4C hair – My First Product Review!

Hey ladies!

I am so excited to bring to you my very first product review! So, as you may remember last week I celebrated my 1 yr natural anniversary with some of my closet naturalista friends. We had some awesome goodie bags filled with hair product samples. Today I decided to use the Jane Carter Solutions Curl Defining Cream. I started out using it on freshly washed soaking wet hair. I used a good amount and smoothed it in my hair. I then finger detangled my hair. This was very tricky and daring for me because I decided to try this out 30 minutes before I had church. I decided to do a wash n go. Yes, even thought its 45 degree’s outside and even though it’s a product that I have never used before. Anyway, I am going to make this post fairly short and sweet and add plenty of pictures.

First off, I really liked the way this made my hair look. It really defined my curl pattern and made my curls pop!! It did make my hair look white but when it dried it was no longer white. I have for 4C hair, thick sometimes stubborn 4C hair and yet I rocked a wash n go and it looked really cute.

My only disappointment was my shrinkage. I had to use clips in order to stretch it out in the back, but alas, as soon as I took the clips out and it got semi dry. My curly mid back length hair ended up making the hair look like a bob. Cute, but not exactly what I was looking for,

Here are a few pics, what do you think?

This was after I applied the product, it was semi wet. First time I had ever got this look, I think its cute :)
